Shuttering panel for liquid concrete during casting and curing processes has skin with integral pressure nipples

A concrete bridge under construction is erected with wood shuttering panels that retain liquid concrete during the casting and curing stages. The wood shuttering external face (11-15) with supports (1) for a skin (2) that rests against supports (3). The skin bears an integral series of nipples (4) that compensate for deformation of the concrete during the curing process. Also claimed is a process to manufacture the shuttering.
