[PROBLEMS] To provide an adhesive for medical use and a hydrous gelatinous resin for medical use, which sufficiently satisfy general properties required for adhesives or resins for medical use and rapidly disintegrate after a lapse of a designed disintegration time, in which the designed time can be relatively freely adjusted and controlled. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An aqueous solution of a-glucan converted into an aldehyde having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 200,000 is used as first liquid, and an aqueous solution of an amino group-containing polymer comprising an amino group-containing unit chain is used as a second liquid. When the weight average molecular weight of the amino group-containing polymer is 1,000 to 20,000 and the first liquid and the second liquid are mixed, the pH will be in the range of 5.0 to 8.0.
