<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that user operation burdens related to information notification to users or operations are increased when there are a lot of information to be acquired and operation target devices in coordination between communication terminals through a network, so that smooth coordinated operations cannot be performed. <P>SOLUTION: Based on internal/external state information on a communication terminal 101, the state or function information on a remote terminal 103 is selected, and then an acquisition request is performed. In addition, based on the internal state information, the acquired information is selectively displayed, so that information notification suitable for a using situation is enabled.
