<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a JV company's own execution budget file 19 from a JV general execution budget file 16. <P>SOLUTION: General costs 28, company's own costs 29, differences 30 between the general costs 28 and the company's own costs 29, and sort 31 of earnings and expenses are written in the JV general execution budget file in each item 27 of construction and further a JV total costs 32 are written (20). Then the JV total costs are multiplied by a company's own share to calculate company's own shared costs 34 as price costs (21), a difference of an item in the earning sort is obtained as the minus cost of the item concerned (22) and a difference of an item in an expense sort is obtained as the plus cost of the item concerned (23). Then the respective obtained costs are added to calculate the total costs for the company (25).
