摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reading performance of data of an optical disk by orthogonalizing an optical axis emitted from an optical pickup to a signal plane of the optical disk in a tilt adjusting circuit for an optical disk apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus has the tilt adjusting circuit for an optical disk apparatus 1 in which an optical axis LBa of a laser beam LB emitted from a light emitting element 11 of an optical pickup 10 is orthogonalized to a signal plane 620 of an optical pickup 600. The apparatus is provided with a bottom hold circuit 40B in which swing of a signal detected by a photodetector 15 of the optical pickup 10 can be measured, and a focus tilt signal adjusting circuit 71 in which when angle deviation is caused in an objective lens 13 of the optical pickup 10 for the signal plane 620 of the optical disk 600, angle deviation of an objective lens 13 is adjusted based on swing quantity of a bottom signal measured by the bottom hold circuit 40B.
