PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a virtual three-dimensional space at low cost wherein part of a plurality of pieces of rough three-dimensional structure data expressing a shape of an object by polygonal columns into a detailed three-dimensional structure data expressing the shape of the object in detail. SOLUTION: A plurality of rough three-dimensional structure data are displayed in a display means (220), and in response to a request entered from an input means, one piece of the rough three-dimensional structure data is selected (221) from the plurality of rough three-dimensional structure data displayed in the display means. From a set of the detailed three-dimensional structure data expressing the shape of the object in detail, detailed three-dimensional structure data corresponding the selected rough three-dimensional structure data are searched (205), and the selected rough three-dimensional structure data are replaced by the corresponding detailed three-dimensional structure data (222).
