PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize proper use of hydrogen fuel and gasoline in order to decrease the frequency of use of gasoline as much as possible, taking into account difficulty in resupplying the hydrogen fuel. SOLUTION: When a first distance X which a vehicle can travel only with the remaining hydrogen fuel remaining in a first fuel tank 2 (for hydrogen fuel) is smaller than a second distance Y from the present position V of the vehicle to the closest hydrogen fuel supply station HS, the use fuel is switched from hydrogen fuel to gasoline at a predetermined threshold value. For example, in case of using the heat efficiencyηe of the engine 1 as the threshold value, gasoline is used when the heat efficiencyηe is larger than a first predetermined value P, and hydrogen fuel is used when the heat efficiencyηe is smaller than a second predetermined value Q(<P).
