PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer preventing virus infection and proprietary information disclosure, capable of preventing simultaneously invasion of virus into an organization and disclosure of secret information from the organization and of freely transmitting/receiving the secret information with e-mails, etc. inside the organization. SOLUTION: This computer comprises a first means constituting general environment consisting of OS and an application exclusive for transmission and reception with outside of the organization, a second means constituting secret environment consisting of OS and an application exclusive for transmission and reception inside the organization, and a third means permitting only reproduction of data with a predetermined form, such as text data not including a program nor control information from the general environment to the secret environment and permitting reproduction by storing prohibition of data reproduction of all the data, or by storing the reproduction data in a storage means from the secret environment to the general information for data exchange between two environments constituted of the first and second means.
