PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile hub bearing sealing device with a plurality of sealing lips formed thereon, which is used to form a rolling bearing with a cold resistant sealing device for securing sealing performance particularly superior in cold resistance, following a seal lip during long time rotation at a low temperature, preventing the entry of foreign matter including water into the bearing and preventing the leakage of lubricant such as grease. SOLUTION: Rubber sealing devices A, B are each held by relatively rotated one of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2 of the rolling bearing or a stiffener 5 and a sleeve 6 and has the seal lip in slide contact with the other to seal the inside of the rolling bearing. The sealing devices A, B constitute a bearing sealing device which is formed of a rubber material whose TR 10 as a temperature pointing out a low temperature elastic recovery rate 10% specified in cold resistance TR test is -35°C or lower. The bearing sealing device prevents the entry of foreign matters including water into the bearing during long time rotation at a low temperature and prevents the leakage of the grease.
