PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment furnace with a novel composition, and a heat treatment facility provided with the heat treatment furnace. SOLUTION: In the heat treatment furnace (a solution heat treatment furnace 1 and an ageing furnace 3), a furnace chamber 15 is formed by a furnace body 12 with an opened lower side, and a rotatively driven floor body 14 closing the opened portion in the lower side of the furnace body 12, and one or a plurality of rows of mounting shelves 16 for mounting works 8 is provided in the furnace chamber 15. In the furnace body 12, hot air circulation devices 20A and 20B for circulating hot air in a circumferential direction as seen from above are provided in the furnace chamber 15.
