PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device capable of easily setting a workpiece. SOLUTION: This machining device has a pair of rollers for holding and transferring the workpiece; a machining mechanism for machining the workpiece transferred by the pair of rollers; and an opening mechanism for releasing the pressure of the pair of rollers and opening the pair of rollers in a state of releasing the pressure of the pair of rollers.
