PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely perform maintenance and inspections and part replacement operation in wall-buried siamese connection device to which a water supply hose is connected when fire occurs. SOLUTION: A valve seat member 4 is detachably threaded with the front siamese connection part 2 of a body case 1 and a check valve 5 with a diameter smaller than the siamese connection part 2 is press-fitted to the valve seat member 4. Also, a ferrule connecting cylindrical member 6 of the water supply hose is detachably threaded with the front end part of the valve seat member 4, and the opening end of the burying hole B formed in a wall body part and in which a body case 1 is buried is closed by a decorative plate 7. The ferrule connecting cylindrical member 6 is projected from a through hole 8 formed in the decorative plate 7. The valve seat member 4 is formed to such a length that its front end part reaches the through hole 8 so that removal operation of the valve seat member 4 from the ferrule connecting cylindrical member 6 in replacement can be smoothly performed.
