PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance, small thickness dependency of impact resistance at both normal temperature and low temperature and balanced appearance of the coated product, chemical resistance, heat resistance and rigidity and provide a molded article made of the resin composition. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance and balanced appearance of coated product, chemical resistance, rigidity and heat resistance is produced by compounding a modified vinyl copolymer and an ethylenic modifiedα-olefin copolymer to a resin composition produced by compounding a graft copolymer, a saturated polyester resin and a polycarbonate resin.
