PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition excellent in heat stability, heat moldability, etc. and to provide a molded article obtained from the chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition and excellent in impact resistance and little in heat strain. SOLUTION: The chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition is obtained by chlorinating a water- dispersed vinyl chloride-based resin without photo irradiation and comprises a 100 pts.wt. chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin whose chlorine content is 60-72 wt%, a 5-20 pts.wt. chlorinated polyethylene, an 1-4 pts.wt. organic tin-based heat stabilizer, and an 2-7 pts.wt. inorganic stabilizer.
