<p>Method introducing continuously at least one yarn layer (1, 9), which comprising at least two materials having different melting points, in a zone where it is heated at a temperature ranging between said melting points and less than the degradation temperature of the material having the lower melting point, passing over the layer at least a turning bar (4, 12) heated at a temperature ranging between said melting points and less than the degradation temperature of the material with the lower melting point, compressing the layer as it comes out of the bar or bars and cooling it so as to form a composite strip and strip (B) collecting in the form of one or several composite sheets. Apparatus comprising one or plurality of feeding devices (A1, A2) at least one yarn layer (1, 9), at least one device (3, 11) for heating one yarn layer, at least one heated rotating bar (4, 12) on the travel path yarn layer and at least one device (5) for compressing and possibly for cooling yarn layer. Composite sheet contains at least one set bracing unending filaments, embedded approximately parallel, whereby filaments are nested in organic mass and amplitude waving each unending filament with respect to its direction being less than 0.5 mm.</p> |
