<p>The steel device has two clamping units, each assembled of two arms with two transversal bars positioned between them. The units are joined at their lower ends with bolts serving as rotation axles. An inwards pointing extension with a slot is slid across the opposite arm provided with a vertical slot and locked at the appropriate position when the pipe inserted into the v-shaped unit from above, is safely held. The complete arrangement is clamped between the jaws of a vice and adjusted as required.</p> |
