<p>The present invention relates to a polyurethane elastic fiber having excellent chlorine-resistance and antistatic property without affecting the original physical properties of polyurethane-polymers, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, the polyurethane-elastic fiber may have excellent chlorine-resistance and antistatic property by means of containing hydrotalcite coated with aliphatic alocohol.</p>
