<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food garbage processing device to effectively process food garbage. <P>SOLUTION: Food garbage is collected, and a part thereof is used for livestock feed, which is only considerably a part thereof. In particular, food in Korea contains much water, and if it is buried, seepage water is essentially generated to induce extreme environmental pollution. A large number of trials have been performed to prevent these problems. However, in these trials, food garbage is thrown into a water discharge cylinder provided on a water discharge cylinder of a sink, the water discharge cylinder is rotated to remove water in the food garbage, and the food garbage is separately collected.
