摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated common mode choke coil wherein the temperature change of the common mode impedance is small in a range of -45&deg;C to 85&deg;C, for example, and characteristics of common mode impedance are stable; and to provide a manufacturing method of the coil. <P>SOLUTION: The choke coil is provided with a non-magnetic insulting material layer 23 where a plurality of non-magnetic insulating material sheets 23a to 23d are laminated, and first and second inner conductors 31 and 32 are formed in each sheets and first and second magnetic material layers 22 and 24. First to fourth diffusion layers which mainly have intermediate compositions of the non-magnetic insulating material sheets and a magnetic material sheet are formed in an interface of the non-magnetic insulating material layer 23 and the first and second magnetic material layers 22 and 24. Each absolute value of a temperature coefficient of a relative permeability in a range of -45&deg;C to 85&deg;C for the non-magnetic insulating material sheets 23a to 23d, the magnetic material sheets 22a to 22h and 24a to 24h and first to fourth diffusion layers is not more than 2,000 ppm/&deg;C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
