<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dam frame material manufacturing the dam frame material having a width of 2 mm or shorter of a frame material part forming the width and a through-hole in the case that the through-hole is a groove or square, or the dam frame material having a diameter of 2 mm or shorter in the case that the through hole is circular with great accuracy and practical productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a dam frame material 10 having a plurality of through holes 16 formed at a frame material part 14 has a punching process of punching a laminated sheet, comprising a resin sheet 12 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 18 provided on one side of the resin sheet 12 and a release sheet 20 laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 18. The total thickness of the resin sheet 12 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 18 is 0.05 to 0.5 mm. In the manufacturing method, the punching process uses an integral punching blade 35 having a blade 40 comprising a plate-like part 41 that is vertically erected from a base mount 38, and a blade tip 42 formed at the tip of the plate-like part 41 with the thickness of the plate-like part 41 of 0.6 mm or shorter and the blade depth d of 1 to 3 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
