PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system that can reduce duplicate delivery by selecting destination user terminals and delivery contents according to a delivery history assigned to the contents. SOLUTION: In the distribution system 100, a user terminal 20 detects other user terminals 21 present in a data communication area. If detecting a plurality of other user terminals, the user terminal 20 selects a destination user terminal according to a collection of delivery histories in the contents. The user terminal assigns a delivery history of the source user terminal, destination user terminal and delivery time to delivery the contents to be delivered out of the contents stored in a storage area. The user terminal then delivers the delivery contents to the selected destination user terminal. The selection of the destination user terminal from the plurality of user terminals according to the collection of delivery histories in the contents can reduce duplicate delivery of contents.
