PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create image data used for outputting line drawings, such as illustrations which are simple and of which fillet part can be easily recognized based on the data indicating a three-dimensional shape including the fillet part. SOLUTION: The fillet face included in a model is expressed by a simplified fillet line as one ridge line by making a solid model managed under a 3D database 20 as a treating object. A fillet line generation part 113 creates a fillet line segment which presents the fillet face as a simple line drawing according to the type (1. boundary curve of a fillet part; 2. line segment of the fillet part center; 3. line segment having specified normal vector/angle) of the fillet line specified at an information input part 111 and numerical information, such as coefficients used for creating the fillet line on the basis of the information on the fillet face extracted at a fillet extraction part 115.
