PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device which has a simplified assembling and can minimize product damages. SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel 10; a chassis base 20, having a first surface for supporting and for fixing the plasma display panel 10 thereto; a circuit board 30 fixed to a second surface of the chassis base 20 and having circuit elements for driving the display panel 10; and at least one main fastening unit 40 for fixing the circuit board 30 to the chassis base 20 with an arbitrary gap kept between the circuit board 30 and the chassis base 20. The main fastening unit 40 includes the body 41 fixed on the chassis base 20, and fasteners 42 which extend from the body 41, where neighboring fasteners are separated by a prescribed gap and on whose circumferential surfaces engaging portions 42a inserted into a fastening hole 30a to be fastened are formed.
