PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical composite to which memory characteristics are imparted, an optical element having the same, and the light control method of the optical element. SOLUTION: The optical composite contains liquid 30, stimulus responsiveness polymer gel 30 which causes volume change by an interaction with the liquid 30 by temperature change and a solid/liquid transition material 40 which reversibly carries out solid/liquid transition by the temperature change.
