PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which produces an incoming call and reports it to a user. SOLUTION: When a communication part 10 of the communication device 2 receives the incoming call from other communication device 3 (4), in the case of a telephone, an incoming call opposite party discriminating means 12 discriminates a relevant incoming call opposite party from a telephone number. In the case of E-mail, the incoming call opposite party discriminating means 12 discriminates the incoming call opposite party from a mail address, or a keyword discriminating means 13 discriminates a keyword from a mail text. Based on the discrimination result, a moving picture data retrieving means 14 retrieves moving picture data corresponding to the result from an incoming call setting database 21 of a storage device 20. Subsequently, a moving picture display means 15 reads the moving picture data applicable to the retrieval result of the moving picture data retrieving means 14 from a moving picture data folder 22 of the storage device 20.
