PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member having a locking part which can be easily and surely fitted into a locking hole less in the risk of fall-off. SOLUTION: The lid member 10 has a lid 21 capable of closing an opening 17 formed on a body of equipment 11, and an almost belt-shaped and arrow head-shaped locking part 22 jointed to the lid 21. The lid member is formed so as to be able to hold and not to fall-off from the body of equipment 11 when the lid 21 opens the opening 17 by inserting the locking part 22 into a locking hole 18 adjacent to the opening 17 while making the locking part 22 deflect, and a slit 34 is formed on the top end face of the locking part 22 toward a base end 32.
