PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-flammable solvent having zero ozone destruction coefficient, excellent in solubilizing properties for organic chemicals such as lubricants and the like and having little effects to synthetic resins. SOLUTION: The solvent for diluting the organic chemicals contains 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)ethane (abbreviated as HFE347) and 1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane (abbreviated as HFC365).
