PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fixing the end part of a lining member which can carry out work for expanding a cylindrical member as required. SOLUTION: The tool for fixing the end part of the lining member has an expansion member 2 which expands the cylindrical member 34 fitted to the inside of the lining member 12 and fixes the member 34 to an existing pipe 4 (pipe member), an extraction member 6 for extracting the expansion member 2 outward in the axial direction of the existing pipe 4, and a reaction force-receiving body 36 for receiving the reaction force of force acting on the cylindrical member 34 when the expansion member 2 is extracted outward in the axial direction of the existing pipe 4. The cylindrical member 34 is formed substantially to have the same diameter from one end part to the other end part. The reaction force-receiving body 36 has a reaction force-receiving member 46 receiving one end part of the cylindrical member 34 and a support member 48 supporting the reaction force-receiving member 46.
