PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a good optical disk by obtaining a stamper not causing the deformation of a substrate even if continuous molding is performed. SOLUTION: Fine particles 10 with a particle size of 20-200μm, of which the hardness is equal to or higher than that of the back of the stamper 9 or the surface of a mold 11, are ejected on the back of the stamper 9 or the surface of the mold 11 at a jet speed of 50-100 m/sec in order to form fine recessed parts 9a and 11a to the back of the stamper 9 and the surface of the mold 11 coming into contact with the back of the stamper 9 to raise the temperature in the vicinity of the surface of the stamper or mold to an A3 transformation point or above.
