PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling conveyor device with excellent space-saving property reducing manufacturing cost and parts cost by simplifying a take-up structure. SOLUTION: The take-up 3 for adding tension is provided on one of upper-to-lower folding back ends 2, 2 of an endless bar conveyor Z forming an ellipse in plan view and helically arranged so as to successively feed works while cooling the works by outside air or cooling air.
