<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a color filter using an ink jet system by which an exposing device is unnecessitated when the pattern forming of colored layers or a black shielding layer is performed, high definition is possible, and the yield is improved. <P>SOLUTION: An ink receiving layer is formed on a support member, the ink receiving layer is peeled away by a peeling member having projecting parts with prescribed negative patterns, the remaining ink receiving layer is transferred to the surface of a transparent substrate, so as to form desired ink receiving layers, and they are colored by an ink jet system. Further, a photosensitive black shielding layer is formed, and is exposed from the confronted face side, and unexposed parts are removed, thus light shielding patterns are formed in the gaps of the colored patterns. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
