PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience by reducing the burden on a user when using a service that digitizes pictures and provides the pictures to the user. SOLUTION: A control part 52 of a picture conversion service device 5 for performing the service that converts pictures into image data to be provided to users obtains additional photography information to be added to image data taken with a digital camera 1, sets an ID unique to the additional photography information obtained, and registers the additional photography information and the ID in association in an ID/additional photography information database 53. When image data obtained through digital conversion of pictures and the ID of the additional photography information added to the picture data are obtained from a store terminal 3, the additional photography information corresponding to the ID obtained is obtained from the ID/additional photography information database 53, and the additional photography information obtained and the picture data are associated with each other and recorded in an image data DB 54.
