PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer capable of easily cleaning even the detail part of parts or the like in a garbage accommodating container even without detaching a rotary agitating blade when cleaning the inside of the garbage accommodating container. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer is provided with the garbage accommodating container 4 accommodating garbage, a heating means 14 heating the garbage in the garbage accommodating container 4, the rotary agitating blade 6 rotatably installed at the bottom of the garbage accommodating container 4 and a driving means 24 driving the rotary agitating blade 6. The rotary agitating blade 6 is installed with a rotary agitating blade bending mechanism 25 capable of being bent upward. Further, the rotary agitating blade bending mechanism 25 is constituted of at least a hinge 26 and a stopper 27 fixing a hinge 26 part by being slid and releasing fixing.
