<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a stirring fermentation apparatus, wherein an organic raw material on the bottom of a fermentation tank can be removed without lowering a treatment efficiency of the fermentation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When a determined amount of air can be fed to the organic raw material, a scoop type stirrer is operated in a state that a distance of the lower end of the scoop type stirrer and the bottom surface of the fermentation tank is kept 10 cm or above so that the organic raw material is stirred, and when the determined amount of air can not be fed because of increasing of aeration resistance of the organic raw material, the scoop type stirrer is operated in the state that the lower end of the scoop type stirrer is lowered 5 cm or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
