PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a resource by convenient processing in a resource management server.

SOLUTION: The resource management device comprises a resource management section 303 for securing resources within its management range, a resource management table 203 registering information for specifying secured resources, and a resource false release processing section 305 for forming a resource false release request message added with information for specifying a secured resource and delivering it to the resource management section 303. The resource management section 303 specifies a resource by information added with the resource false release request message with reference to the resource management table 203 and releases the specified resource.
