PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanging performance and to control outlet temperatures of fluids from a heat exchanger to the same temperature by uniformly circulating the fluids respectively between a case and each of heat transfer pipes. SOLUTION: In this multi-fluid heat exchanger 1 comprising two cores 2 comprising the heat transfer pipes 7, and the case 5 for storing the cores 2, and implementing heat exchange between the first fluid circulating between the case 5 and each of heat transfer pipes 7, and the second and third fluids circulated in the heat transfer pipes 2, the cores 2 are mounted in parallel with each other, the inlet and outlet 12, 13 of the first fluid are respectively mounted between the cores 2, and the first fluid, and second and third fluids are respectively circulated in parallel with each other.
