PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the smooth opening/closing of a door with good appearance properties by preventing the distortion of the door; to easily perform work for assembling a stile/rail frame; and to make the appearance of the door good. SOLUTION: In the stile/rail frame 2, right and left stiles 4 and upper and lower rails 5 are rectangularly assembled. The frame 2 is equipped with a pair of front and rear flange parts 6 which are provided in such a manner as to protrude from a side surface part 4a of the stile 4 at each corner part of the frame 2 and which are used for performing the longitudinal positioning of a connecting end 5a of the rail 5, and a plate-like elastic body 7 which is interposed between surfaces where the side surface part 4a of the stile 4 and the connecting end 5a of the rail 5 abut on each other.
