PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing an RNAi, without having the unevenness of responses caused by the individual characteristic differences between the cell lines or cells, capable of obtaining a high reproducibility and stability, and also enabling a high speed analysis. SOLUTION: This method for analyzing the RNAi is provided by examining the expression inhibitory effects of an siRNA or a dsRNA against an objective protein in a cell-free protein synthesis system by taking at least one kind of a protein as an expression object, and by comparing the expressions of the objective protein under the presence of the siRNA or dsRNA and under the absence of the siRNA or dsRNA.
