<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen tolerance ranges for an outer diameter, a shape and a sphericity of a photovoltaic device (a particulate silicon) while satisfying a required quality level for a photovoltaic panel. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic panel 10 is fabricated by arranging a number of granular photovoltaic devices 11 in a pattern of lattice points, and by molding integrally with a transparent resin layer 12 in a panel shape. On the side of a light receiving surface of the photovoltaic panel 10, a condenser lens 13 of a spherical convex shape is formed integrally with the transparent resin 12 so as to cover each photovoltaic device 11. The photovoltaic device 11 is located at the center of the condenser lens 13 and formed such that the ratio (D/d) of the diameter D of the condenser lens 13 to the diameter d of the photovoltaic device 11 is approximately n2/n1 or more (here, n1 represents a refractive index of a medium outside of the condenser lens 13 and n2 represents a refractive index of the condenser lens 13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
