PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy-saving in a system forming a predetermined base 1 enabling an underfloor space A to be a heat insulating structure and building the whole house with high thermal insulation and high air tightness and heating the whole house by warm air in an underfloor space provided with a heating device (an air heater). SOLUTION: The underfloor space A, a space B within a wall of a room, a ceiling (a second floor underfloor space)C, and an attic space D are constructed to communicate with each other. The hot air blowing type heating device 72 connected with an outdoor boiler 71 is set in a semiexposed state in a floor surface opening part 73 at a predetermined position in a suitable room in a way that a blowing part is located in the underfloor space. A louver section 75 communicating with the space within the wall is formed in a lower position of a wall surface of each room. An air inlet 83 of an exhaust gas duct 84 connected with an operation-controllable forced exhaust part 82 is provided on a ceiling of each room, and an external air introduction part 85 with opening/closing mechanism is formed at an adequate part of an outer wall.
