PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a laminated body that has a structure where ceramic dielectric layers made of ceramics with high permittivity and dielectric layers made of high polymer materials are compositely laminated on a wiring board, etc. SOLUTION: A ceramics green sheet 15g is pasted on a metal substrate 50, the ceramics green sheet 15g is patternized in the shape of the ceramic dielectric layer 15 by means of laser and then a burning process is executed. In the state of the ceramics green sheet 15g, ceramics powders are only bonded by polymer materials for bonding and the unnecessary part of the sheet can be burned out simply by irradiating the laser beams (LB).
