PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure electric continuity with the electrodes of a piezo-electric vibrator when a resin-made case body is adopted as the case body for an ultrasonic sensor. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sensor 90 includes an inner case body 21 which is formed of a resin having a blind cylindrical shape. A conductive film 6 is joined with the bottom surface 21a. One of both the side surfaces of the piezo-electric vibrator 1, where the electrodes are formed, is made to adhere onto the conductive film 6. Accordingly, the electrode contacts the conductive film 6, so as to obtain the electric continuity. When a lead wire 5 is connected to the conductive film 6 and the electrode which is formed on the other surface of the piezo-electric vibrator 1, the electric continuity is secured with the electrodes of the piezo-electric vibrator.
