PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light response type photocatalyst cleaning a harmful substance in air by a light containing a visible light such as an indoor slightly weak fluorescent lamp as a main body, decomposing/removing stain, exhibiting anti-bacterial and milder-proof action and applicable to various kinds of use, and its production method. SOLUTION: Tungsten oxide is contained at a ratio of 10-100 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of titanium oxide.
