METHOD OF REMOVING LEUKEMIC CELLS FROM CELLS ORIGINATING IN TESTIS INFILTRATED WITH LEUKEMIA AND REAGENT KIT TO BE USED THEREIN
摘要
It is intended to provide a method for completely removing leukemic cells from cells involving leukemic cells and spermatogonia and a reagent which is appropriately usable in conducting this method. It is also intended to provide seminal cells of a nonhuman vertebrate obtained by the above method and use of the same. A fraction containing spermatogonial stem cells (a spermatogonial stem cell fraction) is obtained from male reproductive cells containing leukemic cells to be tested. Next, a cell fraction, which is non-reactive to both of an antibody against a surface marker not expressed in the spermatogonia and another antibody against a surface marker expressed in the leukemic cells, is obtained from the above fraction.
