CURRENT DRIVER, DATA DRIVER, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize current values of output currents flowing through K driving transistors.

SOLUTION: A current driver applies a drain current Idrs in accordance with a reference current Iref flow through transistors T104A, T104B by a current mirror circuit which is formed by a transistor T101L and transistors T101RA, (T101RB). The current driver generates bias voltages VbiasA, VbiasB in accordance with the variation in the transistor characteristics of transistors T105-1 to T105-K by a negative feedback circuit which is formed by differential amplifier circuits D103A, (D103B) and the transistors T104A, (T104B). A gate line 104 has a potential obtained by linear interpolation between the bias voltage VbiasA and the bias voltage VbiasB. Current values of output currents Iouts are uniformized by compensating the variation in transistors T105-1 to T105-K by the inclination of the potential of the gate line 104.
