<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling apparatus that can increase performance while reducing delay in the execution of a high priority request. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for scheduling requests to a source device 110 comprises a high priority request queue 12 for storing a plurality of high priority requests to the source device 110, and a low priority request queue 14 for storing a low priority request to the source device 110. The priority of one of the high priority requests is higher than the priority of the low priority request.
