<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester preform which controls the by-production of aldehydes when melt-molded, has excellent transparency, and little changes the transparency, and from which a stretched hollow molded article having excellent pressure resistance and heat-resistant dimensional stability, especially a stretched hollow molded article having excellent pressure resistance and heat-resistant pressure resistance, can efficiently be produced by a high speed molding method, to provide a polyester stretched molded article comprising the same. <P>SOLUTION: This polyester preform obtained by molding a polyester composition containing at least two polyesters having an intrinsic viscosity difference of 0.05-0.30 dL/g and having ethylene terephthalate units as main repeating units as main components, is characterized by having a mol.wt. distribution variance ratio Mz/Mn of≥3.80 and an aldehyde content of≤15 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
