PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminating resistor attached at a contact plug of a coaxial cable of an electronic apparatus and fitted very suitably to a high-pass transmission frequency. SOLUTION: The terminating resistor is connected to a contact plug of a coaxial cable. The terminating resistor can be mounted in a freely removable way on the contact plug of the coaxial cable, and is composed of an inner tube body which is stored inside an outer tube body; and a core wore part provided inside the inner tube body, and having one end connected to a central conductor of the contact plug of the coaxial cable and the other end connected to the inner tube body.
