PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a solid photographing apparatus improved in impact-ionization withstanding property. SOLUTION: The solid photographing apparatus is the one wherein unit picture elements are arranged on a semiconductor substrate to convert an object image into picture-element signals each of which is generated every unit picture element. In this unit picture element, there are provided: a light receiving element for generating a signal charge in response to an incident light; and an amplifying element for taking in it the signal charge generated in the light receiving element to output a picture-element signal in response to the signal charge. On the other hand, there are disposed exhausting portions at the rate of one exhausting portion relative to the plurality of amplifying elements.
