PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prefetch branch commands and data access commands in an information processing device provided with a CPU, a memory, and a prefetch buffer. SOLUTION: A prefetch address generation part detects branch commands and data access commands to be surely executed, from a command string included in an entry stored in a buffer, in one cycle and outputs a prefetch request for their target addresses to a control part. Command classifications of the command string included in the entry are decoded and set to command classification flags, and an address signal of a command being executed is used to mask outputs of command classification flags corresponding to commands which have been completed, and a position of a command for outputting the prefetch requests is outputted.
